Planning Committee - now meeting to discuss 2025

The Bike.Build.Home 500 Planning Committee meets regularly via Zoom. There is a wide variety of tasks to be accomplished through subcommittees: route planning, volunteer coordination, budgeting, donation handling, communications, social media. Any and all help is appreciated!

Contact the committee for more info at info.BBH500@gmail.com.

Ride Support

After all the planning is done, volunteers will also be needed during the ride to keep it running/cycling smoothly. Bike mechanics, SAG drivers, health professionals (cyclists LOVE massages!), rest stop helpers … so many ways you can help without getting on a bike!

Contact the committee for more info at info.BBH500@gmail.com.

Local Support

Volunteers from the St. Cloud area are a welcome addition to our ride! You could volunteer for the “caution crew” and spend a few hours in the great outdoors helping cyclists find their way. Or maybe you belong to an organization (civic, religious, etc.) that could provide a meal? Or rest stop food? Or maybe some post-ride root beer floats? Be a part of the Bike.Build.Home 500!

Contact the committee for more info at info.BBH500@gmail.com.
